My Yorkie is a St. John Ambulance registered therapy dog. We volunteer in nursing homes, schools & universities. This is a good harness for him to wear as his seat belt in the car. I wish that instead of sending a bunch of unwanted patches that we could choose the ones we need. I think it’s a waste. The leash included with the little vest is so big you could lead a horse to pasture with it. The buckle alone is 3”/8cm, the braided cord is 1/2”/1.4cm and the foam rubber ‘handle’ is awkward to hold. If the leash can’t be size appropriate to the vest, it shouldn’t be included. It’s a waste of money.

If I use the leash attachment on the harness, it won’t stay in place. But my dog doesn’t mind wearing it at all.

I bought one for my Yorkie, 10 lbs. the vest fits well, but the lead/leash is exceptionally large/thick for a small dog. The leash for this size of a small dog, is best used for a larger dog.I use my own good ole faithful leash which is in comparable size to my fur baby.
